Pistarlabs is a team founded at the beginning of 2012 based in jakarta, Indonesia with mission to change how digital product is built. At the beginning, Pistarlabs founded by a web developer, an iOS developer, and a designer who work remotely from Jakarta and Bandung with vision and mission to have a team for develop a product.

How We Work?

Briefing

We perform discussion with our clients to identify the requirements, including functionalities and features of target system.

Research

We analyze the requirements, search for references, and research the competitors. This phase is very helpful to analyze the main users’ requirements and how to develop attractive and functional product.

Architecture

We design and sketch the main experiences in 3 stages; improving details, flow of scenario to wireframe, and from pencil and paper to high definition prototype.

Design

We have many designers who have the eyes to see through beauty and then apply it in the product.

Coding

We convert the system design based on defined architectures and designs into functional product. We divide the work in modules or units to speed up the process.

Testing

Quality is a very important matter for us. After completing the applications or websites, we perform testing to find out if any error exists.

Revision

We need the involvement of the client to make revisions to ensure that the product meets their requirements. Revisions will be made if there are features or requirements that have not been met.

Final Project

After successful testing, we deliver or deploy the product to our clients for their use. We provide maintenance if problems come up after using the developed system.
